Any item ready made will generally ship withing 1-3 business days, shipment preference can be selected upon check out.

We do except gift wrapping request, please feel free to contact us prior to purchasing to discus any specific shipping asks.

Custom work will be contingent upon supply on hand and an estimation will be confirmed prior to deposits or purchases being made.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee lost or stolen packages or items damaged due to shipping.

We do not offer refunds on digital items, including giftcards.

Physical items, we stand behind our work, each item is inspected for quality prior to shipping. If something is defective or it is determined that the quality of the product is not satisfactory within 15 days of receiving it, we will gladly repair it or replace the item at no charge to you. We do not, however, offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that are on sale due to imperfections are not subject to a refund. If you have questions, concerns or would like additional photography of your items, please reach out prior to purchasing.
